GENERAL MANAGER
Scope of the Job:
The General Manager of Fisher Clinical Services (FCS) directs and coordinates
all of the activities of FCS including but not limited to activities related to
Administration, Finance, Sales, Operations and Quality Assurance.
This position is responsible for formulating and administering local policies and
long-range goals. This includes directing and coordinating activities of all
FCS divisions and departments for which responsibility is delegated to further
attainment of goals and objectives. This position reviews analyses of activities,
costs, operations and forecast data to determine division or department progress
toward stated goals and objectives. This position confers with corporate senior
and executive management to review achievements and to discuss changes in goals
and objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
This position has full unit P&L responsibility.
Candidate Requirements:
·1.) We seek a seasoned business management professional with a minimum of
15 years of progressive business management experience with 5 years of senior management
experience.
·2.) We seek a professional with a degree in life sciences. Advanced academic
training is highly desirable.
·3.) For the best fit, you must be a strong leader, solid team player and
excellent communicator with direct experience in the CRO industry with drug development
and/or clinical supply services requiring advanced IS solutions.
Compensation:
