Tracy Wolfe began her tenure with Zingaro & Company in 2002 as Vice President. By 2017, she had been promoted to Partner in the newly established Zingaro, Fidler, Wolfe & Company. In January 2022, Tracy was appointed as the Managing Partner. She offers extensive expertise across talent acquisition, management, business development, and human resources.

Tracy’s professional background encompasses executive recruitment, innovative sourcing strategies, candidate slate development, and offer negotiations. Her deep understanding of current HR and Talent Acquisition challenges equips her with a distinctive perspective on the field. Tracy is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds a Magna Cum Laude BA in Human Resources Management from Concordia University – Austin.
